Path of Exile 2: Efficient Currency Farming Strategy

What’s good, Exiles! In today’s guide, we’ll dive into an efficient Path of Exile 2 Currency farming method in Path of Exile 2, where I managed to farm around 70 Divines in just a few hours. This strategy focuses on farming Stack Decks through Delirium maps—a highly lucrative and consistent method. The best part? It doesn’t scale with map tier, meaning any build can farm this method efficiently.

I’ll break down everything, including the build I use, the map setup, the currency breakdown, and the best strategies to maximize your profit per hour. If you’re looking for a consistent and scalable currency-making method, you’ve come to the right place.

Build Choice: Earthshatter Slammer

Before we get into the farming strategy, let’s quickly talk about the build. I’m running an Earthshatter Slammer on the Ancestral Commander. While this may not be the fastest build for clearing maps, I enjoy the playstyle, and it performs well enough for this strategy.

However, if you’re looking for even faster farming, you can opt for other builds with higher movement speed and AoE coverage, such as:

  • Bow Builds (Toxic Rain, Tornado Shot)
  • Minion Builds (Exploding Summon Raging Spirits, Absolution)
  • Spell Builds (Spark, Lightning Tendrils, Ball Lightning)

Since this method doesn’t rely on high-tier maps, you can play any build you like as long as it has decent clear speed.

Mapping Strategy: Farming Stack Decks in Delirium Maps

The core of this farming method is running Strand maps with 100% Delirium. The reason for choosing Strand is simple:

  • Linear Layout: No unnecessary backtracking or detours.
  • Fast Clearing: Easy to rush through the map.
  • Consistent Drops: Delirium mechanics provide stable returns.

Step 1: Setting Up Your Atlas Tree

To maximize this method, you’ll need a specific Atlas Passive setup focusing on Delirium rewards. The key notable passive is:

  • Delirium Monsters Killed in Your Maps Provide More Increased Reward Progress

This effect stacks, meaning the more Delirium orbs you apply, the better your loot will be. Even with lower-tier rolls (like 16-17%), this strategy still works wonders.

Step 2: How Many Stack Decks Can You Expect?

Each run typically yields around 100-110 Stack Decks, which currently convert at 110 Stack Decks = 1 Divine on TFT (Path of Exile Trade Site). Some players even sell them for 100 per 1 Divine, making this method even more profitable.

With an average of 15 Divines per hour, this is one of the most consistent ways to farm currency.

Step 3: Scarabs & Map Sustain

To sustain maps and increase efficiency, I use the following Scarabs:

  • Gilded Breach Scarab – Ensures extra Breach spawns.
  • Gilded Legion Scarab – Increases mob density for additional loot.
  • Gilded Beyond Scarab – More monsters = more Delirium progress.
  • Gilded Divination Scarab – Higher chance of Stack Deck drops.

If you don’t have a 6-slot Map Device, prioritize these Scarabs:

  • Breach Scarab
  • Legion Scarab
  • Beyond Scarab

With these, you’ll consistently sustain Strand maps and increase overall currency generation.

Running the Maps: 100% Delirious Setup

To achieve 100% Delirium, you’ll need to apply 5 Delirium Orbs to each map before running them. The best choice for this method is Skittering Delirium Orbs, as they specifically increase Stack Deck drops.

Steps to Set Up Your Maps:

  1. Use Skittering Delirium Orbs – These maximize the number of Stack Decks per run.
  2. Apply an Alchemy Orb – Only avoid Reflect mods.
  3. Use Vaal Orbs (optional) – Adds potential extra loot modifiers.
  4. Run Maps Efficiently – Avoid unnecessary mechanics (e.g., Ritual, June, etc.).
  5. Profit!

With this setup, you’ll see Stack Deck drops every few seconds as you clear the map.

Additional Profit Sources: Divines & Stormshroud

1. Random Divine Orb Drops

While running these maps, I’ve had two Divine Orbs drop randomly. This means that in addition to the guaranteed Stack Decks, you have a chance of getting raw Divines as extra loot.

2. Stormshroud Jewel

I’ve also dropped Stormshroud twice from the final boss. Right now, it’s worth around 100 Chaos, making it an excellent additional revenue stream.

3. Selling Other Drops

Since you’re running Delirium maps, you’ll also get plenty of:

  • Orbs of Alteration (great for crafting or selling in bulk)
  • Scarabs (can be sold for additional profit)
  • Cluster Jewels (some are worth several Divines)

If you’re interested in maximizing every drop, consider setting up a Loot Filter that highlights valuable items.

How to Sustain Maps & Delirium Orbs

Map Sustain Strategy

Since Strand is a favored map, sustaining it is quite easy. If you favorite all Strand maps on your Atlas, you’ll keep getting more Strand drops, ensuring infinite map sustain.

Buying Delirium Orbs Efficiently

The best way to buy Delirium Orbs is to do a bulk purchase overnight when prices are lower.

  • Normally, they convert at 24 Delirium Orbs = 1 Divine
  • Overnight, you can sometimes get 17-18 Delirium Orbs per Divine, making them even cheaper.

Stock up before you run out to keep farming without interruption.

Final Thoughts & Summary

This farming method is one of the best for making consistent currency in Path of Exile 2. Here’s a quick summary:

15+ Divines per hour (depending on clear speed)
Uses a simple Atlas passive setup
Strand map layout is perfect for efficiency
100% Delirium ensures stable profits
Sustaining maps and Delirium Orbs is easy
Works with multiple builds – Not restricted to meta builds

If you’re looking for a reliable and scalable way to farm currency, this Stack Deck farming strategy is highly recommended.
